Description
Evaluations of order complaints.
This report enables you to evaluate complaints for a key date in thefollowing four ways:
Annual evaluation: Statistics of all complaints from the start of theyear through the key date. The list contains the number of complaintsdivided according to carrier route, delivery round, delivery type andcomplaint reason.
Monthly evaluation: Statistics of all complaints from the start of themonth through the key date. The list contains the number of complaintsdivided according to carrier route, delivery round, delivery type andcomplaint reason.
Daily evaluation: Statistics of all complaints on the key date. Thelist contains all complaints with details on the customer and the totalnumber of complaints for each individual complaint reason.
Annual evaluation for multiple complaints: Statistics of all complaintsfrom the beginning of the year through the key date. The list displaysthe for each customer for whom at least two complaints were recorded inthis period.

Precondition
The report only evaluates complaints that refer to subscriptionssupplied by home delivery and for which the user has displayauthorization.
