Process reference records in table JSTSTRDAVERW

Purpose
This report compares the reference records for streets in the currentversion of the postal data with the previous version. If the currentrecord did not exist in the previous version, it is processedaccordingly. The report displays the total number of reference recordsand the number of records actually processed. Records that cannot beprocessed are marked as errored (JSTSTRDAVERW-XERROR = 'X').
A record is errored if the report is unable to determine acorresponding street from the city and street number assigned by thepostal service, so that a reference cannot be created.
