Description
Batch program for splitting entire postal file into the following:district municipality keys, city districts, postal codes, cities,streets, P.O.box racks.
The file is supplied by the postal service with the code page '1103'.In order to transfer 'umlauts' and special characters correctly, youmust first convert it to the code page used by the SAP systems (1100).

Precondition
Please ensure that the physical paths to the logical filesISP_DBP_ALL_DAT, ISP_DBP_KGS_DAT, ISP_DBP_OTL_DAT, ISP_DBP_STR_DAT,ISP_DBP_POF_DAT, ISP_DBP_PLZ_DAT and ISP_DBP_ORT_DAT are maintained.
