• Data basis: Drop-offs


• Selection screen:

You can restrict selection by the publication and edition or instead bypostal distribution indicator.
You can define the evaluation period by specifying the shipping date.
You can choose one summation type (per day, month or year).
You can choose whether or not the report is to create a totals list atthe end of processing.

Precondition
The currency must be the same as that in which the postal charges arerecorded.

Output


• Charges are sorted by charge type.


• Summation:

Piece rate: Charges per publication/edition and selected summationlevel.
Kilo rate: Charges for all deliveries of the selected publications /editions per day.

• Totals list: Total charge for each edition in the selected period.
