Log Orders/Changes from the Internet

Purpose
The report 'Log Orders/Changes from the Internet' (RJKWWW_PROTOCOL
) provides information on the (subscription) orders, changes andInternet users entered via Internet and created successfully.

Integration
You can specify whether a log record is to be created when a change ismade or a record created in Customizing when defining variants of theInternet application components (IACs) for sales and administration ofsubscriptions. This setting can be made using the 'Log' checkbox.
Orders and changes that were stored temporarily at first and thencreated in postediting (RJKWWWTEMP, RJKWWWTEMP_SERV, RJKWWWTEMP_COMPL)are also logged.
Logs can be created for the following Internet application components:

• Subscription Sales (program SAPMJKWWW01; Internet service JKWWW01)


• Change Address (program SAPMJKWWW02; Internet service JKWWW02)


• Vacation Service (program SAPMJKWWW03; Internet service JKWWW03)


• Change Payment Data (program SAPMJKWWW04; Internet service JKWWW04)


• Create Internet User (program SAPMJGWWWIU1; Internet service JGWWWIU1)


• Change Access Data for Internet User (program SAPMJGWWWIU2; Internet
service JGWWWIU2).

• Create Complaint (program SAPMJKWWW05; Internet service JKWWW05)

Selection
You can restrict selection of the changes you want to display on theselection screen.

Output
The program creates a list of the changes made successfully or objectscreated. These include subscription orders, changes to the sold-toparty's address, suspensions and redirections for order items, changesto payment data, new and changed Internet users and complaints.
You can also access the change itself from the display and change modesof the standard transaction, in other words, to access ordermaintenance, address management, user management or complaintmaintenance.
