Title
Edit Address Change from Internet

Purpose
This report allows you to edit changes to a sold-to party's addressfrom the Internet. The program is a variation on reportRJKWWWTEMP_SERV, which is used for editing general changes from theInternet.

Integration
The report is a postediting function for the Internet applicationcomponent (IAC) Change Address (program SAPMJKWWW02; service JKWWW02).

Prerequisites
Changes to business partners' addresses from the Internet are stored ina temporary table. You can define whether data from the Internet isstored temporarily and for what reasons in Customizing. The followingoptions are possible:

  • Store all changes from the Internet temporarily

  • Store only errored changes temporarily

  • Do not store any changes temporarily.

  • You can make the setting under SAP Media -> Master Data -> BusinessPartner -> Internet Application Components (IACs) -> IAC Change Address-> Define Variants of the IAC Change Address
    , field Data Destination.

    Selection
You can restrict selection of the changes you want to postedit on theselection screen.

    Output
The program displays a list containing the changes selected. The outputscreen contains a wide variety of functions for sorting, filtering andexporting the list. The traffic light icon indicates the status of therecord stored temporarily. The color of the light has the followingmeaning:
Green: An address change was made successfully in the system for thisentry.
Yellow: The entry has not yet been processed.
Red: An error was identified during data entry in the Internet orduring postediting. This error must be corrected first.

    Functions in the Output List
You can double click on an entry to access a detail screen for thatparticular change. The function 'Create/Execute Change' starts theselected change if it has not already been made. If an error occurs, the program accesses the detail screen for address changes, where youcan correct the error before restarting the change process. Thefunction 'Delete Entry from Temporary Table' allows you to delete theselected record, regardless of whether or not the change has been made. You can recover the last record deleted while the program is running.
In addition to these individual functions, collective functions arealso available for making changes and for deleting entries from thetemporary table. In the function 'Collective Change Processing', youfirst specify the interval for processing in a dialog box. The fieldscontain the area from the entry you just selected to the last entry inthe list, as a default entry. You can choose to have processing stopwhen an error is identified and have the system display the error onthe corresponding detail screen or to ignore errors and first carry outall the possible changes in the interval. The function 'Delete inCollective Processing' also requires you to specify an interval. Youcan also specify here that only records with a certain status are to bedeleted in the interval, for example all records processed.

    Functions on the Detail Screen
If the change has not yet been processed, the data can be changes. Youmay, for example, need to do this in order to add missing data orcorrect errors. The function 'Create/Execute Change' starts the changeprocess and processing stops when an error is identified. An errormessage provides you with further information on the error. You shouldcorrect the error first before restarting the change process. Thecurrent record can be deleted from the temporary table. You can stilljump to the previous or next record on the detail screen and check theaddress before making the change.

    Logging Changes
If specified in the Customizing settings for the application, a logrecord is written for each successful change. You can display the logof orders and change from the Internet using report RJKWWW_PROTOCOL.
