Description
This program creates change and termination logs for WBZ companies withwhich communications do not take place by data carrier.
The following order changes are logged:

• Terminations


• Address changes (transaction type 070)

The program creates a termination and change log using SAPscript formsfor each WBZ company. These are sorted by the following criteria:
Record type, publisher number, WBZ customer number, sales key figureand transaction type.
The program must be scheduled periodically.

Precondition
The program processes the output file NAST. Order changes are loggedautomatically in this table by the output control functions. In orderto do this, the customizing settings must be maintained for outputdetermination for WBZ outbound processing and the appropriate outputdetermination procedure must be entered in the sales document type-itemtype assignment.
You must record a computer center with the key ' ' (blank) in thecustomizing table TJKW0 for print control. You can record a businesspartner number in this table, for example that of your own company, oryou can leave this entry initial.
Processing
The report processes all entries in table NAST that have not yet beenprocessed and that have a shipping date earlier than the current date.Only entries with the appropriate output type are taken into account.These are defined in table TNAPR by the processing program RJKWBZA1.The forms for the logs are also defined here.
Repeat processing
It is possible to repeat processing for records that have already beenprocessed. All the records in the specified due period or processingperiod are accessed again for processing. New logs can be generated forthese records.
The processing time of output is the date on which it is firstprocessed.
