Quantity Change for All Customers

Purpose
This program allows you to change quantities defined previously in thetransactions Quantity Plan for Contract,Quantity Plan for Phase Delivery orUpdate Delivery Quantities. The selection criteriacontain various options options for selecting the quantities to bechanged for all customers.

Integration
The delivery status is displayed for eachquantity. If there are orders without subsequent documents, you canmodify the order quantities using the transactionChange Order Quantities.

Prerequisites
The quantities must be defined beforehand. You cannot create quantityrecords using this program.

Selection
You can select contracts whose quantities are to be changed for acertain media issue according to a variety of criteria. You can use theselection variant tree to select thecontracts.
You can change the quantities in the following ways:

• Percentage addition or reduction: specify a percentage.


• Absolute addition or reduction: specify the quantity.


• Same as reference issue: enter a reference media issue.

You can display the quantities of the next, previous, first or lastmedia issue with a mouseclick. When you do this, the system displaysthe next, previous, first or last media issue for a reference mediaissue, if one has been specified, and you can prevent this fromhappening by selecting the Fix checkbox.

Output
The data is displayed in an ALV list, which contains all the usualfunctions for sorting, filtering, and so on. The media issue orreference media issue, if specified, is displayed as the column headerfor the quantities.
To change the quantities, select them in the list and chooseExecute. If you do not select entries, the system processes theentire list. You can also enter a quantity directly in a line in thelist.
