Description
Create archive file (ADK) for IS-M/AM orders.
The report checks whether an order can be archived.
Orders are only archived if they have no items with a SELDAT_TO
which is later than the input date and an order number which falls
within the selection area.
Document flow is used to check whether the order has a follow-on order.
(billing documents). An order can only be archived if the order does
not have a follow-on order.

Precondition
The deletion program which physically deletes the order tables should
be run after running this program.
