Description
This program deletes daily circulation audit statistics data (exceptreturned copy values) so that the statistics data can be reorganized.The corresponding indicator in the deliveries is reset.
The data is deleted for a period of your choice.

Selection options

• Shipping period (corresponds to an audit period)

or alternatively

• Publication period (for deletion of issue data)


• Publication delivered


• Edition delivered


• Logistical delivery type

The following parameters can be used to control processing

• Test run

Select this parameter to perform a test run without database updates.
This program does not delete quantities of returned copies.

Precondition
The data area to be deleted must be one for which no circulation auditreturns have been made, since the figures reported will otherwise bedeleted (and may be changed when reorganized). The program checks thatthis is the case.
The following activities must not be performed in parallel to deletionof daily circulation audit statistics:


• Returned copy processing


• Netchange for quantity planning


• Reorganization of quantity planning


• Delivery processing


• Shipping preparation for insertion/distribution/delta coverage


• Update of circulation audit statistics data

Output
The report lists the number of records deleted from the circulationaudit statistics table and the number of records changed in thedelivery table for each publication, edition, publication and shippingdate and logistical delivery type.
