Make Entry in the PLAZ_ONL Field in JHAUO and JHAEO

Purpose
The XPRA makes an entry in the PLAZ_ONL (Onlinepositioning instruction) field in table JHAUO (online sub-items) andJHAEO (online schedule lines). This is a new field in this release.
If an entry has been made in this field for online items, it isinherited in the lower-level sub-items and schedule lines.
The XPRA can run several times.
The XPRA must be run when upgrading to Release 4.62.
