Evaluation of Billing Dataset Status

Purpose
This function allows you to determine billing datasets using thebilling dataset status and display these in a list. You want todetermine all ad items that have incomplete sales agent assignments.

Selection
The following selection criteria are available to you on the selectionscreen:

• Header data


• Item data


• Billing dataset data with status levels and status characteristics

The system preassigns the selection criteria as follows:

• Not relevant for selection

The system selects this indicator for all status characteristics. Ifyou retain this indicator, status characteristics are not taken intoaccount during selection. If you deselect this indicator, statuscharacteristics are taken into account as follows during selection:
If you deselect the indicator and do not select the associated statuscharacteristic, the system displays all billing datasets for which thestatus characteristic has not been selected.
If you deselect the indicator and select the associated statuscharacteristic, the system displays all billing datasets for which thestatus characteristic has been selected.

• You can evaluate billing datasets for specific item types or for all
item types. The system does not preassign the item type.
You can use the layout and print options to control how the list isdisplayed.

Output
The system displays billing datasets that match the selection criteriain a list on the display screen. The list is sorted in ascending orderby sales document, item and billing dataset number. You can however usethe Sort and List variant functions to sort this listdifferently. Standard ABAP List Viewer functions are available to youfor editing the list. These include the following:


• Display details

Access a dialog box from the list and display details of the selectedbilling dataset.

• Change billing datasets

Access the billing dataset detail screen from the list and change thebilling dataset data.
