Orders for the Business Partner

Purpose
This report allows you to determine document items using the businesspartner roles and display these in a list.

Selection
The following selection criteria are available to you on the selectionscreen:

• Business partners in sales documents


• Sales document data from the header and item

You can also determine whether the system displays certain additionalinformation in the list such as price data, business partner name.
You can use the layout and print options to control how the list isdisplayed.

Business partners and business partner roles
If you enter several different business partners on the selectionscreen, the system determines all sales documents in which one of thesebusiness partners performs the role specified and not all salesdocuments in which all business partners perform the specified roles.Business partner roles are linked using an OR operation.
You can use selection criteria and filters to determine all salesdocuments in which all of these different business partners perform aparticular role.
If you want to evaluate sales documents by business partner roles thatare not specified on the selection screen, you should enter the relevantkeys in the additional business partners and role fields.

Output
The following editing functions are available to you in the businesspartner list in addition to the standard ABAP List Viewer functions:


• Change industry sectors, campaigns and product hierarchies

Change the industry sector, campaign or product hierarchy in the listthat has been entered for a document item.

• Change document items:

Access the item detail screen from the list and change the document itemdata.
Note:
You can only change a document item in the business partner list if thesales document for which the document item has been entered has not beenblocked by another user. If you cannot change a document item you shouldidentify which user is blocking the sales document in the blocking logfor the business partner list.
Function code exclusion:
The editing functions can be deactivated for specific users using thefunction code exclusion in Customizing.
The Customizing function is found under:
SAP Media-> General Settings -> Define Function Code Exclusion forUsers (IS-M/AM)
Example:
You want to deactivate the function for reassigning customer campaignsfor user group XYZ.
To do so, you must include an entry with the following values inCustomizing:
RJHALI02,,,1000,,,JHA8,,,*,,,XYZ,,,UPDA.
