Purpose
Functions in report RJHABS16 are similar to those in RJHABS10. Inaddition to contract selection, it gives you the option of generatingoutput or renewing contracts.

Integration
RJHABS16 is based on the logical database HV0J.This report gives you the option of using free selections to make theselection criteria more flexible in order to meet the usersrequirements.

Selection
The selection screen for the report contains a small number of basicattributes; the number of hits can be restricted more comprehensivelyusing free selections (and saved as a variant).
You can enter an output trigger on the selectionscreen for output generation. The predefined due for renewal, close toend of validity period and non-fulfillment triggers are the same asthose in RJHABS10. You can define additional triggers inCustomizing and treat these accordingto your requirements in output determination. This means it is possibleto select contracts using any criteria and generate any output forselected contracts.
