Description
This program determines all deliveries in the selected publicationperiod for which billing has not been performed for the selectedorders.
The program serves to check the completeness of the deliveries forbilling.

Precondition
All orders with deliveries as the billing framework are taken intoaccount. The analysis also applies to billing summarization.
