Prerequisites
You have defined a query in SAP NetWeaver BI that includes the data tobe exported. You can restrict the query using a variant defined withtransaction RSRT (Query Monitor).

Selection
Select the query to collect the data in SAP NetWeaver BI.

Output
You can access the generated file using DisplayData Views
