Conversion for revisions without status management

Purpose
As of release DI 4.6C revisions can be used not just formaintenance orders but alsofor maintenance notifications
. These revisions are not connected to the status management.
You must execute this conversion report so that revisions that werecreated for earlier releases can bee processed with the new functions.
