Description
The program RIARCMPA is used for archiving maintenance plans.
Only the maintenance plans, for which a deletion indicator waspreviously set using the preprocessing program, can be archived.
Options:

• If you want to start archiving in the test mode, then you are not
allowed to set the parameter 'Generate archive file'. In this case, theparameter 'Deletion program as test run' is no longer important.

• The parameter 'Deletion program as test run' is relevant if the
deletion program is to be started in connection with archiving(Customizing setting for the archiving object). Here you can enterwhether deletion should be performed (the parameter is not set) orwhether deletion should only be run at first in the test mode.

Precondition
A preprocessing program has already been run for the maintenance plans.

Output
You obtain a display indicating which maintenance plans have beenselected and how many could be written to the archive.

Hinweis
Note for the selection of maintenance plans that you can also make yourselection using fields for the maintenance item (for example,equipment). If the selection criterion for an item is fulfilled, thenthe maintenance plan for this item is selected. Here it is unimportantwhether the maintenance plan contains additional maintenance items forwhich the selection criterion is not fulfilled.
