Copying Quota Planning into Another Planning Type

Purpose
With this report you can copy the quota planning data for a particularorganizational unit or organizational structure into another planningtype.
The report is particularly useful if you have already executed oneplanning type (e.g. planning type 0001) and, based on that, want tomake some changes in another planning type (e.g. planning type 0002).
Seen from a technical point of view, this means that the data from asubtype of infotype 1019 is copied into another subtype. This takesplace for each organizational unit that is in the correspondingevaluation path and at which the subtype is maintained.

Prerequisites
The source and the target planning type must be defined in customizing
(Set Quota Planning).
You have already carried out quota planning in one planning type.
The target planning type must be the planning type marked as active, since it is only here that the current plan figures can beentered.

Features

Output
For the organizational unit(s) concerned, a list is outputted whichindicates whether the quota planning data has been copied successfullyinto another planning type.

Warnung
Before copying the quota planning data of a particular organizationalunit, the system deletes any existing records relating to thatorganizational unit which are already in the target planning type.
