Programme SAP RHXTEILN_LSO - Participant List

Description
This report generates a list of internal and external participants ofall courses selected.

Selection
The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting,on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Normal booking/essential/waitlist
You can choose whether you want participants with normal, essential, orwaitlist priority to be included in the list.

Course location
If you specify a location, the report only considers courses at thespecified location.

Standard selection screen
This is not a data selection parameter. If you select this indicator andchoose Execute, then before the report is executed, it takes youto the extended selection screen of the main report RHTEILN0_LSO.
Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can search for objectsby status, for example. As a rule, it is not necessary to go to the mainreport since the pre-report offers sufficient selection options. Do notselect this indicator if you do not want to access the main reportbefore choosing Execute.

Output
The report's list screen can contain the following information:

  • Participant's name and abbreviation

  • Booking date

  • Participation fee/price

  • Course name

  • Start and end date of the event

    • On the report's list screen, you can execute the following
    You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
    When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table.
    The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transfer thechanged layout, choose Transfer.
    To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layoutas required by choosing Select layout .

    You can execute the following functions from the list screen:
    • Display and edit the course price if the value of the switch SEMIN
      • CCOST is set at 1 in Customizing for Training Management underDay-to-day activities -> Booking -> Fee Handling
      .
      • Display and edit any notes that have been stored for the bookings.

      • Create new notes for participation bookings.

        • The list can be displayed in the following formats:
        • ABAP list

        • SAP List Viewer

        • Win Word
