Purpose
This report lets you evaluate course participation data for persons.

Integration
This report is the simplified version of the report Bookings perParticipant (RHBUCH00). The object type person is alreadydefaulted by the system.
Note
There are similar reports for the course participation of the objectstypes organizational unit (RHXSSTL1) and user (RHXSSTLN).

Features

Selection
Under Reporting Period, you can specify any period for whichcourse participations are to be reported on.

Output
The report's list screen can contain the following information:

• Selection period


• Name of person


• Course name


• Start date of course


• End date of course


• Booking date


• Participation fee


• Course location

You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table.
The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transferthe changed layout, choose Transfer.
To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layoutas required by choosing Choose layout.

Activities
Enter the person unit for which you want to request the report.
Specify the reporting period.
Choose Execute.
