Purpose
This report displays your own activities as instructor in Training andEvent Management.

Integration
The report is the pre-report of the main report Instructor Function
(RHSSREF0).
Note
The main report offers you more detailed selection options. With therequired authorization you can, for example, request data about otherinstructors.

Prerequisites
You are assigned to the object type Person, and the subtypeSystem user name SAP System (0001) of the Communicationinfotype (0105) is stored for you.

Selection
Under reporting period you can specify the exact time period forthe report.

Output
Depending on your layout specifications, the report's list screen
can contain the following information:

• Reporting period


• Resource (instructor's name)


• Business event ID


• Start date of business event


• End date of business event


• Start time on the first day


• End time on the last day


• Number of business event days


• Business event duration per day in hours


• Total business event duration in hours

You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table.
By marking columns and moving the arrows, you can determine whatcolumns are displayed. To transfer the changed layout, chooseTransfer.
To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layoutas required by choosing Choose layout .
