Description
This report generates a graphical display of the reservation of aselected resource type over a specified period of time. The reportdisplays the business events that have reserved the resource type.
Depending on the period type you choose, the table is displayed in anhourly, daily or weekly period split.
Note
The report only displays resource reservations of business events, notroom reservations from the Room Reservations Management component. Youcan use the Room Reservations Management report RHRAUM75 ( DisplayRoom Reservations) to display these.

Selection
The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting,on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Hour
If you select this indicator, the graphic display shows resourcereservation in an hourly period split.

Day
If you select this indicator, the graphic display shows resource
reservation in a daily period split.

Week
If you select this indicator, the graphic display shows resourcereservation in a weekly period split.

Firmly booked business events
If you select this indicator, the report only considers events infirmly booked status.

Planned business events
If you select this indicator, the report only considers events inplanned status.

Location
If you specify a valid location, the report only considers business
events held at the specified location.
You can enter a search string to find the location.

Standard selection screen
This is not a data selection parameter. If you select this indicatorand choose Execute, then before the report is executed, it takesyou to the extended selection screen of the main report RHRBEL10.
Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can search for objectsby, for example, status. As a rule, it is not necessary to go to themain report since the pre-report offers sufficient selection options.Do not select this indicator if you do not want to access the mainreport before choosing Execute.

Output
The graphic output by the report contains the followinginformation:

• Resource type name


• Selection period


• Date/time (depending on period split selected)


• Resource name


• Business event short name

The graphic screen also contains the following functions:

• Display the attendee list of any business event by selecting an event
in the graphic and choosing Attendee list.

• Display the time schedule of any business event by selecting an event
in the graphic and choosing Event schedule.

• Display resources reserved by any business event by selecting the event
and choosing Resource list.

• Display the resource list in tabular form by choosing List display

.

• Display the data screen of any resource or business event by double-
clicking the object concerned.
