Description
This report generates a tabular display of the reservation of aselected resource type over a specified period of time. The report alsodisplays any business events that have reserved the resource type.
Depending on the period type you choose, the table is displayed in anhourly, daily or weekly period split.

Selection
The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting,on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Hour
If you select this indicator, the tabular display shows resourcereservation in an hourly period split.

Day
If you select this indicator, the tabular display shows resourcereservation in a daily period split.

Week
If you select this indicator, the tabular display shows resourcereservation in a weekly period split.

Firmly booked business events
If you select this indicator, the report only considers events infirmly booked status.

Planned business events
If you select this indicator, the report only considers events inplanned status.

Business event type
If you specify a business event type, the report only displays resourcereservations for events of this type.

Location
If you specify a valid location, the report only considers businessevents held at the specified location.

Min. reservation per resource
If you enter a number here, the report only considers resources thathave been reserved at least the specified number of times.
If you enter 0 the report also displays resource types that havenot been reserved.

Display IDs
If you select this indicator, the table also includes the IDs of theresources.

Display days off (only daily period split)
If you select this indicator, days off are displayed in the table ifyou have also selected the Day indicator.

Only one reservation per resource
If you select this indicator, the report only displays one reservationper resource.

Standard selection screen
This is not a data selection parameter. If you select this indicatorand choose Execute, then before the report is executed, it takesyou to the extended selection screen of the main report RHRBEL00.
Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can search for objectsby, for example, status. As a rule, it is not necessary to go to themain report since the pre-report offers sufficient selection options.Do not select this indicator if you do not want to access the mainreport before choosing Execute.

Output
The table output by the report contains the followinginformation:

• Resource type name


• Selection period


• Weekdays/date/time (depending on period split selected)


• Resource name


• Business event short name

The screen also contains the following functions:

• Change the period split on which the table is based.


• Under Edit, you can switch between the display of single and
multiple reservations of a resource.

• Display the attendee list of any business event by selecting an event
in the list and choosing Attendee list.

• Display the time schedule of any business event by selecting an event
in the list and choosing Event schedule.

• Display resource reservation data in graphical format by choosing
Graphics which calls the SAP GANTT chart.
