Description
This report lets you carry out a qualifications matchup to compare theactual qualifications of a participant with the qualifications requiredfor participation in a course.
By qualifications, we mean:

• Previous participation in courses of a specific type.


• Qualifications such as specific knowledge or skills in an area (such as
language or computer skills).

Selection
The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting,on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Display course types with prerequisites only
If you select this indicator, the report only displays course types forwhich prerequisites have actually been defined.

Standard selection screen
This is not a data selection parameter. If you select this indicatorand choose Execute, then before the report is executed, it takesyou to the extended selection screen of the main report RHQANF00.
Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can search for objectsby, for example, status. As a rule, it is not necessary to go to themain report since the pre-report offers sufficient selection options.Do not select this indicator if you do not want to access the mainreport before choosing Execute.

Output
The report's output lists the qualifications presupposed forparticipation in the course type specified.
Missing qualifications or any whose validity has expired are indicatedusing a traffic light icon whereby:


• Green

Indicates that the participant has the full prerequisites.

• Yellow

Indicates that the participant has the required qualification but thatits validity has expired.
or that the participant has attended the required course type but thevalidity period of the qualification has expired.

• Red

Indicates that the participant does not have the prerequisitequalifications at all.
