Programme SAP RHXKBRO0_LSO - Course Brochure

Description
This report creates a course brochure containing selected course typesand groups for a given period or key date specified by you.
You can download the data to Winword and create a table of contents.

Preconditions
If you only want to include certain course types in the brochure, youmust specify this when you create the course type. You maintain therelevant indicator in Course type info infotype (1029).
You can, however, set the indicator at a later date by changing theinfotype in object maintenance for the course type in the master datacatalog.
The following information can be included in the brochure.

  • Extended course type text (infotype 1002 subtype 0004)

  • Course duration in days (infotype 1042 subtype 0001)

  • Prerequisites, that is, courses already participated in and/or
  • qualifications attained (relationship A029 "has prerequisite")
    • Follow-up courses, that is, course types related via the relationship
    • B029 "is a prerequisite of"
      • Course contents (infotype 1002 subtype 0002)

      • Objectives (relationship A28 "imparts")

      • Target group (relationship A033 "is planned for")

      • Notes (infotype 1002 subtype 0003)

      • Course information: external price (from infotype 1021) and organizer
      • (relationship A036 'is organized by')
        • Dates and location: course date (relationship A020 'is a specialization
        • of') and course location (relationship A024 'takes place in')
          Note
You can maintain this information for the course type in the master datacatalog, and for the course dates and location in the dynamic coursemenu.

          Selection
The report output depends on the selection of the courses to beincluded in the course brochure by entering course groups or types, onthe evaluation period, and on the following parameters:

          Language
If you enter a valid language key here, the report only includes coursesheld in the specified language.

          Selected course types only
This parameter lets you specify that only course types that have theindicator include in course brochure set in infotype 1029 areincluded in the brochure.
If you do not select this indicator, all of the course types youselected for the report are included in the brochure.

          Display dates
If you select this indicator, the brochure also displays all of thecourse dates scheduled.

          Create table of contents
If you select this indicator, the report automatically creates a tableof contents for the brochure. This means that the course types arelisted with page numbers.

          Extended formatting options
You can specify what information is included in the brochure in thedialog box that appears when you click the arrow. If you selectFrame indicator, the individual information clusters aredisplayed in frames. If an infotype has not been maintained for an eventtype, an empty frame is displayed.
In this way, you can see what infotypes still need to be maintained fora course type.
If you do not select this indicator, only information that has beenmaintained for the course types is displayed. It makes sense not toselect this indicator if you do not want to maintain all of theinfotypes defined in the standard system for your courses.

          Standard selection screen
This is not a data selection parameter. If you select this indicator andchoose Execute, then before the report is executed, it takes youto the extended selection screen of the main report RHKBRO00.
          Note
On the selection screen of the main report, you can search for objectsby, for example, status. As a rule, it is not necessary to go to themain report since the pre-report offers sufficient selection options. Donot select this indicator if you do not want to access the main reportbefore choosing Execute.
