Programme SAP RHXEVALV - Business Event Appraisals

Title
Pre-report for Reporting on Business Event Appraisals.

Purpose
This report lets you evaluate appraisals created by the attendees ofbusiness events. It also determines events that have not yet beenappraised.
For this purpose, you can select anappraisal model for thereporting if there are multiple appraisal models for theform of appraisal'business event appraisal'. You can choose Further appraisal models
if you want to select an appraisal model that is not assigned tothe form of appraisal.
You can select one or moreappraisal elements for theappraisal model by choosing Further selection criteria. (If youselect more than one appraisal element, there is a logical ANDlink between them.) You can select a valuation for each appraisalelement.
In this way, the report only selects business events that have apre-defined appraisal element valuation (for example, business eventsthat have the valuation '1 = very good' for the the appraisal elementcourse materials).

Caution
If you chose Further selection criteria, then in the dialog boxCatalog: Display Appraisal Model, you must select appraisalelements for the same appraisal models that you set under AppraisalModel on the selection screen. Otherwise, the report will notfunction correctly.

Selection
You can set parameters to determine the data output by the report:

Appraisal period
Enter the exact period for which you want to carry out the reporting.

Creation period
Enter the period during which the appraisals were created.

Appraiser
Here you can enter the attendee type(s) and the attendee(s) thatcreated the appraisals.

Appraisee
Since you are interested in a business event appraisal, where aspecific event has been appraised by the individual attendees, thedefault entry here is business event. Specify the businessevent(s) you want included in the report.
Note
Depending on what data you are reporting on, specify eitherAppraiser or Appraisee. If you are interested in all ofthe business event appraisals by a certain attendee, enter only theattendee. On the other hand, if you are interested in the appraisals ofof a business event by all of its attendees in a given period, specifythe business event only.

AND/OR
This parameter links the entries made for appraiser and appraisee. These entries are only significant if you have specifiedboth appraiser and appraisee.
These parameters let you define certain constellations for the searchfor appraisers and appraisees.
How the link affects selection:

  • Appraiser A and appraisee B

  • All appraisals in which 'A' is the appraiser and 'B' the appraisee.
    • Appraiser A or appraisee B

    • All appraisals in which 'A' is the appraiser
      All appraisals in which 'B' is the appraisee

      Without appraisal/Display existing
      If you select the first indicator, you specify that the report shouldonly consider business events that have not yet been appraised.Deselect this indicator if you want the report to include existingappraisals. If you select both of these indicators, the reportconsiders both existing appraisals and events not yet appraised.

      Appraisal status
      You can specify one or more appraisal statuses for the report.

      Indiv./Multisource/Subappraisals
      You can select one or both appraisal types.

      Output
      The report's list screen can contain the following information:

      • Appraiser (attendees)

      • Appraisee (business events)

      • Appraisal

      • Status of appraisal

      • Appraisal type

      • You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
        When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table.
        The arrows let you determine what columns are displayed. To transferthe changed layout, choose Transfer.
        To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layoutas required by choosing Choose layout.

        You can execute the following functions from the list screen:
        • Create average valuations

        • Display the ranking

        • Compare appraisals

        • Display, change, create, delete, and rename appraisals

        • Reset appraisal status to in process.
        • Activities
          Make the required specifications on the selection screen.
          Choose Execute.
          Where relevant, change the layout in the list screen output to displaythe data you require.
