Conversion of Additional Data From Relationships Infotype (1001)/Requirements Assignment Subtype (065)

Purpose
In Shift Planning, you can create a planned assignment for arequirement so that it is covered by an employee.
The planned assignment relationship (Relationships infotype (1001)/planned assignment subtype (065) between employees (object type P) and
personnel requirement records (object type SR) contains additionaldata, which includes the start and end times, as well as the
assignment date.
Until Release 4.5A, additional data was stored in database table
HRPADNN.
From Release 4.5B, additional data is stored in database table HRPADUZ.
This conversion allows you to copy data to the correct database table(HRPADUZ) from Release 4.5B onwards.
The conversion (without test run) affects the following:
o Additional data from relationship 65 from database table HRPADNN
is copied to new database table HRPADUZ.
o Additional data from relationship 065 in database table HRPADNN
is deleted.
o A new entry (substructure additional data PADUZ/relevant database
table HRPADUZ) is created in table T77AD (database table for
additional data), if this does not already exist.
This entry determines the database table in which the additional
data for relationships is stored.
