Purpose
This report displays the instructor activities of individual persons inTraining and Event Management.

Integration
The report has a pre-report Instructor Function (
RHXSSREF) with a simplified selection screen.

Features

Selection
The report's output depends on the parameters you set. UnderObjects, you can specify the object type and instructors forwhich you want to request the report.
Under reporting period you can specify the exact time period forthe report.

Output
The report's list screen can contain the following informationdepending on the layout specifications you make:

• Reporting period


• Resource (instructor's name)


• Business event ID


• Start date of business event


• End date of business event


• Start time on the first day


• End time on the last day


• Number of business event days


• Business event duration per day in hours


• Total business event duration in hours

You select the data you want displayed under Change layout.
When you choose this function, a dialog box appears with the columnsthat are displayed on the list screen in the left table, and the hiddencolumns in the right table.
By marking columns and moving the arrows, you can determine whatcolumns are displayed. To transfer the changed layout, chooseTransfer.
To save the layout, choose Save layout. You can call this layoutas required by choosing Choose layout .
