Purpose
To improve system performance, you should delete the administrationdata on the commitment runs you no longer need. This makes it easier toselect commitment runs that you still need to process.

Features
You can definitely delete administration data on old commitment runs(e.g. more than 6 months old) or ones from old fiscal years. If youwant to check a run before deleting it, you can use theRun Administrator Workbench.
If a run still contains errors, the corresponding administration datacannot be deleted.
