Purpose
You can use this report to display the budget and commitment data alongan organizational structure.

Selection
On the selection screen, you can choose the organizational unit fromwhich the budget and commitment documents should be displayed.
You can also choose the period in which the organizational structureshould be evaluated and the budget and commitment documents determined.
A display layout can also be entered.

Standard_variants
A number of different standard layouts are available that can beadjusted to individual needs.

Output
The documents determined are issued along the organizational structure.Only documents for the period in which the position is assigned to theorganizational unit are displayed.
The amounts entered refer to the budget and commitment for vacantpositions and positions with the specified holder.
