Description
In the existing holder relationships of a plan version, users arereplaced with persons, but only in the period where a person-userrelationship exists. The corresponding inverse relationships are alsocreated.
It is not possible to replace the user with the person if:

• such an assignment does not exist, or


• the company code or employee group/subgroup of the person and the
position/work center are not the same.
Parameter REPL: you can chose individual holder relationships for thereplacement.
Parameter TEST: the database is not updated (test mode)

Precondition
If integration with Personnel Administration is active, therelationship between persons and users must be maintained in infotype105 (Communication) of the HR master record.
