Description
This report generates a graphical display of the reservation of aselected resource type over a specified period of time. The report alsodisplays the courses that have reserved the resource type.
Depending on the period type you choose, the table is displayed in anhourly, daily or weekly period split.
This report has a pre-report RHXRBEL1 with a simplified selectionscreen.

Selection
The report output depends on the objects selected for reporting,on the reporting period, and on the report parameters you set.

Hour
If you select this indicator, the graphic display shows resourcereservation in an hourly period split.

Day
If you select this indicator, the graphic display shows resourcereservation in a daily period split.

Week
If you select this indicator, the graphic display shows resourcereservation in a weekly period split.

Firmly booked courses
If you select this indicator, the report only considers courses infirmly booked status.

Planned courses
If you select this indicator, the report only considers courses inplanned status.

Location
If you specify a valid location, the report only considers courses heldat the specified location.

Output
The graphic output by the report contains the followinginformation:

• Resource type name


• Selection period


• Date/time (depending on period split selected)


• Resource name


• Course short name

The graphic screen also contains the following functions:

• Display the participant list of any course by selecting a course in the
graphic and choosing Participant list.

• Display the time schedule of any course by selecting a course in the
graphic and choosing course schedule.

• Display resources reserved by any course by selecting the course and
choosing Resource list.

• Display the resource list in tabular form by choosing List display

.

• Display the data screen of any resource or course by double-clicking
the object concerned.
