Transfering Data from Personnel Cost Planning to Accounting

Purpose
By using this report, you can transfer data from a released PersonnelCost Planning plan scenario to Accounting for each controlling area andfiscal year. You can also cancel any transfers that have been carriedout.

Integration
This report produces the interface between Accounting and PersonnelCost Planning.

Prerequisites

  • You have defined the plan source for Accounting in the Implementation
    • Guide for Personnel Cost Planning under Set UpIntegration with Controlling.
    • If your systems are decoupled, meaning HR and CO are in different
      • systems, you must first maintain the ALE distribution for PersonnelCost Planning. For more information on ALE distribution, refer to theImplementation Guide for Basis under SetUp HR and AC Scenario From Release 4.6A.
      • The plan scenario containing the data that you want to transfer to
        • Accounting must be released.
        • Data transfer is started using this report in the HR system.

        • Your HR and CO systems must both have release status 4.6A or higher.

          • If your CO system does not have status 4.6A or higher, the datatransfer to the CO system can be completed with the RKHRPLANreport.

          Features

          Selection
          You specify the plan scenario to be transferred as well as thecontrolling area and fiscal year with your entries in Plan scenario
          and Parameters for Accounting.
          In Restrictions you can restrict the data transfer to certainaccount assignment objects. In addition, you can limit the periodswithin a fiscal year that you want to transfer.

          Note
          The transfer must occur separately for each controlling area andrelevant fiscal year.
          If you want to start the report in test mode, so that no databankchanges are recorded, choose Test run.

          Output
          If you choose Display log and have the correct displayauthorization for the plan scenario, a transfer log is displayed by thesystem.
          If the HR system and the CO systems are not linked, IDOCS is used forthe asynchronous transfer of data. In all other cases, the data istransferred synchronously.
