Display an existing scenario group

Purpose
In this report, you can display and print the results of your CostPlanning for one or more scenario groups in different views andgroupings.

Prerequisites
Personnel Cost Planning results are available.

Features

Selection
Your entries in plan scenario and data output determinethe scenario group(s) for which you display Cost Planning results, andhow the data is output.
If you enter a plan scenario without a scenario group, all scenariogroups belonging to this plan scenario are included.

Output
If you select the organizational unit data output option, thefollowing display options are available:

• Personnel costs per organizational unit


• Cost objects per organizational unit


• Personnel costs per cost object


• Cost items per cost object


• Cost items per organizational unit

If you select the account assignment object data output option,the following display options are available:

• Personnel costs per account assignment object


• Cost objects per account assignment object


• Personnel costs per cost object


• Cost items per cost object


• Cost items per account assignment object

To switch between the different display formats, choose View =>
If you want to display more than one scenario group, the systemdisplays a log with all edited scenario groups when you exit thedisplay list.
If an error occurs, the system displays an error log when youexit the display list.
