Description
This program scans the PD database and gathers personnel numbersprovided that objects of type P are contained in the chosen object set.The output sequence depends on the selection options you specify. Themaster data reporting variant specified under PA Reporting is thenstarted for these personnel numbers.
This enables you to request reports for HR master data for a set ofpersonnel numbers, sorted in the order defined by a PD structure (forexample, the organizational structure).
You can use the parameter 'Report variant' to start the PA report withan existing report variant.
If you set the parameter 'Extended personnel selection', a databasescreen appears displaying additional PA report parameters for yourreport request.
If the parameter 'Extended personnel selection' is set, the 'Personnelnumber' option on the report selection screen is automaticallycompleted via the logical PNP database. If no other sort options areselected, the numbers are sorted in ascending order.
If you set neither parameter 'Sort by personnel number' nor 'Extendedpersonnel selection', the report output is sorted according to theorder in the PD database.
