Maximum FTEs
Purpose
This report determines - for an overall budget - the number of FTEsthat exist and their classification. Results are determined for eachemployee group, employee subgroup, FTE range (maximum), and careergroup.
You need this information to ensure that the maximum FTE ranges are notexceeded.

Prerequisites
The employee group, employee subgroup, pay scale classification, careergroup and maximum FTE range must be defined for all budget structureelements with FTE budgets.

Output
The FTE budgets in the overall budget are determined and displayed in alist. The following information is displayed for each budget:

• Employee group


• Employee subgroup


• Maximum FTE range


• Career groups


• Pay scale groups


• Number (quantity)


• Subtotals and totals
