The following information about a budget structure element is displayedin a table:

• Hierarchy of the higher-level budget structure elements


• Original budget of the budget structure element


• Pay scale classification of the budget


• Memos for the budget structure element (internal memos only displayed
if selected)

Budgeting rules

• Financing details on the positions and people financed by the budget
structure element

• Pay scale classification of the objects financed within the financing
period. A page break is inserted before every new object.
Note on reclassification rules:
A distinction must be drawn between reclassification rules that areproposed on the budget structure element itself, and the memo fromwhich the budget structure element emerges from the activation. Thereclassification rules are first displayed on the budget structureelement itself and then on the memo from which the budget structureelement came. For the last one, the budget structure element thatcarried the original reclassification memo is displayed, as well as theactivated quantity/unit of the reclassification memo.
You can change the format of the list if you wish. For example, you canhide or include columns, or change the column sequence. The adjustedformat of the list can then be saved as a display variant.
