Title
Display the carryforward log for budget memos for one personresponsible for the budget.

Purpose
This program displays a list of messages that occurred during thecarryforward of budget memos into the following financial year for thearea a particular person responsible has for the budget.
Messages can be processed directly from the list. In addition, theperson responsible for the budget can be informed by mail.

Messages occurred during the carryforward of budget memos into thefollowing financial year.
