Description
You can use this report to import a career model created in PersonnelDevelopment (maintenance level 3.x) into Release 4.x.
As of Release 4.0, you can create as many 'careers' (the new term for'career model') as you wish. Each career comprises a set of jobs orpositions and can extend over all the organizational units in yourcompany. However, the maximum number of career items per career is9999.

Procedure
Specify a plan version.
Choose Program -> Execute.
The Convert Career dialog box appears.
In the Name field, enter a name for the career.
If necessary, change the validity period by changing the dates in theStart date and End date fields.
Choose Transfer.
The career is created.
This starts SAP Network Graphics. The Edit Career Items screenappears.
If required, you can edit the career here.
Result
The career has been converted.
