Description
This program searches the PD database for applicant numbers accordingto the selection criteria you specify provided that there are objectsof type AP in the selected set.
The applicant master data report you specified in "Applicant reporting"is then started for these applicant numbers.
This enables you to carry out reporting for applicant master data for agroup of applicant numbers, sorted according to the existingorganizational structure.
If you select the 'Report variant' parameter, you can start PAreporting using an existing report variant.
If you select the 'Extended applicant selection' parameter, the systemdisplays the database screen on which you can enter more selectioncriteria. The applicant number select option on the selection screen isautomatically completed via the PAP database.
If you do not select either the 'Sort by applicant number' parameter orthe 'Extended applicant selection' parameter, sorting is done accordingto the sorting on the applicant planning database. If you seleect noother option, the applicant numbers are output in ascending order.
