Description
The report RHKSEND0 performs all the necessary steps which
result from a course. This means that it maintains the
relations linked to the course, course type, or participants
in accordance with the entries in the table T77KV. The report
validates the following for each participant type:
- if the field QASSIGN is set, all qualifications (or the
course goals) attained within the course are transferred
to the individual participant
- if the field DELRKURS is set, all relations between the
course and the participants in this type are deleted
- if the field INSRKTYP is set, a relation is set up to the
pertinent course type for each participant in this type
These actions are only performed for participants with prior-
ity < MINWL (= minimum priority for waiting list booking in
T77S0). This means not for participants already on the wait-
ing list.
If you mark the parameter "Archive course data" in the selec-
tion screen, all database records associated with the course
will be archived. This means that any modifications to these
records will no longer be possible without great effort.
If you are working in TEST mode, the actions to be performed
are only displayed, i.e. no database updates take place.
