Purpose
You can use this program to delete bookings that students (objecttype ST) have made for events (object type E) andtime-independent events(object type EL) which end before or on the specifiedselection date.
The program takes into account event bookings with the followingrelationships:

• ST-B025-E (takes part in)


• ST-B040-E (has cancelled)


• ST-A547-EL (completes)

The relationship ST-A547-CI (object type CI = individual work)is not taken into account.
You can use a selection method to limit the number of students for whomevent bookings are to be deleted.
You can also exclude specific categories fromdeletion. You define these categories in Customizing for CampusManagement in the IMG activityDefine Categories with Booking DeletionProtection.
The program only deletes event bookings that were created with theCampus Management component. Before deleting an event booking,the program checks if a data record exists for the event in theSessions of Offering (1739) infotype.
You can restore bookings after they have been deleted.

Prerequisites
You require an authorization for transaction code PIQST_BOOKING_DEL torun this program. The system does not perform a structural authorizationcheck.

Output
The program outputs a summary of the deleted booking records. When youactivate output of a detail log, the program displays all deletedbooking records.
