Description
This program allows you to:

• Calculate student fees for the opened fee calculation period.


• Correct the fee calculation result manually.


• Post a FI-CA accounting document.


• Analyse the fee calculation result.

Prerequisites


• Maintain master data for Campus Management, this is including:

Create master data for student, program of study, module, event,organizational unit, academic calendar, business partner, contractaccount, contract object, etc.
Maintain the relationships between student and program of study(registration), student and module (module booking ), etc.

• You have to make the customizing settings for student accouting in
Campus Management, this is including:
Basic settings
Fees

Features

Selection


• Student number(s)


• Fee group


• Fee calculation mode

You need to specify a fee calculation mode when you calculate study -related fee ( Fee group 2).
You do not have to specify any fee calculation mode when you calculateadmission - related fee ( Fee group 1).

• Fee calculation date

This date is used to derive an opened fee calculation period.
This date is stored in the SAP system as a posting date when you doposting.

• Processing options

Display the result only, after you see the fee calculation result, youcan decide to post the result or not.
Post the result directly after calculation.
Display detail log for posting

Output


• Display the fee calculation result

You can correct the calculation result manually and post the newresult.
You also can analysis the calculation result.

• Post the fee calculation result

You can see the application log if you choose the Display DetailLog check box.
