Purpose
Use this program to convert mass data of an existing budget structurefrom one stock unit to another.

Output
The system displays a message for each budget unit, outlining whichbudget units have been converted successfully and any conversion errors.

Activities
In the Budget Selection frame:
Select budget type (for example, Long Term Incentive, Bonus Budget,Salary Increase).
Select the Budget period.
Enter the 8 digit numerical Budget Unit code.
In the Stock Unit Selection frame, enter the old and new stock units.
Note: You can run the report in test mode by selecting the Test run box.
Execute the report.

Example
You can use this report for a stock split to convert all data on theBudget Definition infotype (1520) that belongs to a specific budget typeand budget period.
