Purpose
Use this report to monitor and review the budgeted amount, amountspent/awarded, and consequently the budget amount remaining for eachbudget unit.

Selection
Within this report, you can select whether you want to display thecurrent status of the distribution of:

• Monetary budget amounts (bonuses, salary increases)


• Long Term Incentive awards (LTIs)

Output
The system displays a tree structure that mirrors yourbudget/organizational structure.

Activities
In the Budget Selection frame, select the Budget Type and Budget Period.
On the Organizational structure/Budget structure frame, you can selecteither a budget unit or an organizational unit.
In the Output frame:
Select the Financing option if you want to display the budget units andthe objects that they finance.
Select the desired layout of the report results.
Execute the report.
