Description
This report previews an individual shift plan for the chosen periodbefore printing. The first view shows the shifts, temporary assignmentsand availabilities of the employee. In detail view, you can also seethe attendances, absences and substitutions. The rotated detail viewshows the same data in a broader perspective.
Blank columns are not displayed in any print preview. For example, ifthe employee is not available during the given period, an availabilitycolumn is not printed out.
Use the HR_DISPLAY_BASIC_LIST module to print out the data. Otheroptions of this module are also viable, including downloading toMicrosoft Excel or Word, for example.
