Programme SAP RHCOPLPT - Reconcile Plan Versions (Partly)

Description
This report is used to copy and reconcile plan versions. It consists oftwo steps. Objects are not actually copied until the second step.
First, use the report parameters to specify the objects orsubstructures that you want to copy. The system compares the selectedobjects and substructures in the source plan version with those in thetarget plan version. The result of this comparison is displayed on thenext screen as a structural evaluation.
A stoplight icon indicates the extent to which an object in the sourceplan version is compatible with an object in the target plan version,or whether it exists in both plan versions:

  • Green: The object exists in both plan versions and is compatible with
  • the selected evaluation path.
    • Yellow: The object exists in both plan versions and is partially
    • compatible.
      • Red: The object only exists in the source plan version.

      • If you want to perform a more detailed comparison before copying theobjects, you can display all of the infotypes created for the objectsby choosing Goto -> Object description.
In the second step, you specify the objects you want to copy (byselecting an area) and choose 'Reconcile selection' (or Object list ->Reconcile selection).

Parameter: Plan version to be reconciled
In this field, you enter the plan version to which you want to copy theobjects.

Parameter: Transfer eval. path as filter
If you set this parameter, the system only compares or copies therelationships of objects contained in the evaluation path you selected.

        Parameter: Filter for relationships
If you enter an evaluation path in this field, the system compares orcopies relationships contained in the evaluation path specified. Inother words, you can use this parameter to copy relationships that arenot contained in the evaluation path for the object selection.

        Parameter: Infotypes to be reconciled
If you want the report to reconcile or copy all infotypes, do not makeany entries in the corresponding fields.
If you only want to reconcile or copy particular infotypes, enterexactly those infotypes. Note that infotype 1000 (object) is alwaysreconciled or copied.

        Note
If you set the 'Transfer eval. path as filter' parameter, theevaluation path for the object selection overrides the evaluation pathentered in the 'Filter for relationships' parameter.
