Description
This report copies objects from one plan version to another. Pleasenote that you can only use this report to copy objects to areas of oneplan version that do not overlap with areas of another.
This means that you must:

• Copy to an empty plan version, or


• Copy disjunct areas only (that is, areas that do not overlap and that
may be deleted from the target plan version before copying commences).
If you fail to observe the above, number range definitions may beviolated in the target plan version, or inconsistencies could arise.
The report is NOT suitable for combining or reconciling plan versions.If you want to copy and reconcile, please use report RHCOPLPT as ofRelease 3.1H.
You can also avoid problems caused by number range overlaps by usingone range of numbers across all plan versions (see also the IMGactivity Set Up Number Assignment for AllPlan Versions in the Basic Settings section ofOrganizational Management, or the NUMRG COMP switch in table T77S0).
The report parameters enable you to specify a set of objects, anddetermine whether the copy function is only used for particularsubstructures (evaluation paths).
BEGIN OF UPDATE

Parameter: Display copied objects
The system displays all copied objects.

Parameter: Display copied records
The system displays all copied infotype records.

Parameter: Test
If you set this parameter, the system outputs a list of the objects andinfotypes to be copied, but does not yet copy them into another planversion - the database is not updated.

Parameter: ZPLVAR
Here, you enter the target plan version, in other words, the planversion into which you want to copy the objects.
