Programme SAP RHCDOC_DISPLAY - Display Change Documents

Purpose
This report enables you to display change documents created when changeswere made to Personnel Planning infotypes. The selection options allowyou to search for specific documents.

Prerequisites
The creation of change documents has been activated for the valuesselected on the selection screen.

Features
On the selection screen, the report offers four basic selection options,of which you can freely combine the values, and three output options.

Selection

  • Under Data Source, you can choose whether you want to display
  • documents from the database or archived documents.
    Note
    You can find more information about archiving change documents bystarting transaction SARA in the SAP system using the object nameCHANGEDOCU and choosing Help -> Application Helpfrom the menu.
    • Under Object, you can display change documents by selecting one
    • or more of the following entries:
      Plan version
      Object type
      Object ID (can also be found using a search term)
      You can enter an object type (such as S) or a specific object(such as a particular position) to display the existing changedocuments, for example.
      • Under Infotype, you can display change documents by selecting one
      • or more of the following entries:
        Infotype
        Subtype
        Plan status
        If under Infotype, you choose a language-dependent infotype(1000, 1002, and so on), you can also select a language key for theobject.
        If under Infotype, you choose Relationships
        (1001), you can also select according to the object type or the IDof the related object.
        The Plan Status relates to the status of the infotypes/subtypesfor which change documents are to be displayed.
        • Under Change Data, you can display change documents by selecting
        • one or more of the following entries:
          User
          Start Date
          Clock Time (Start)
          End Date
          Clock Time (End)
          The system proposes the current date as the start and end date.
          • Under Output, you can determine how the selected data is
          • displayed according to the following options:
            Technical View
            Summarized View
            Display Field Contents
            The output option Technical View determines that the changedocument data is displayed in the manner in which it is stored in thedatabase.
            The output option Summarized View determines that change documentdata for which several documents exist (for example, as a result ofrenaming an object or delimiting an infotype) is displayed as onedocument.
            The output option Display Field Contents determines that eachinfotype field that has been changed is displayed in a separate line(name, date, time, field label, old value, new value). If this option isnot selected, only one line per change is displayed (name, date, time).

            Output
            Depending on the options selected on the selection screen underOutput and the chosen layout on the output screen, the outputscreen of the report can contain the following data (columns), forexample:
            Object Type, Object ID, and Name (of changedobject) , Infotype, Subtype, Start Date and EndDate (of validity period of the object or infotype/subtype), Name
            (last changed by), Date (of change), Clock Time (ofchange), Change ID (for type of change U, I, E, D), flagSummarized View, which displays whether it is a summarizeddocument (only if the Summarized View output option is selected),Field Label Long, Old Value, New Value (of changedfield; the last three columns are only displayed if the DisplayField Contents output option is selected.
